7 Dimensions of Effective PLM

What are the key elements for PLM  success? IT Managers and Business leaders are often intrigued with this question.


I have organized the "lessons learnt" into these major categories:

There is no silver bullet and perhaps every PLM adoption will go through some learning curves. I wish to state some of the common challenges faced based on my experiences working with  several customers attempting to realize PLM. 


This way, organizations are better prepared to handle the situations and make appropriate decisions when it comes to realizing their PLM value.
